These include, one-day ‘life styling’ of a property for the marketing photographs, we use Fushia Design accessories in addition to your own furniture and belongings. Or we can stage an empty property with our furniture and accessories for the duration of the marketing period. Finally, another popular method is virtual staging using CGI or computer generated images. We work within the homeowners timeframe and budget and are very happy to chat through the different options available.

This when we use professional computer software to fill empty rooms with furniture and accessories. We discuss with you, who your potential buyers are and then create a look with them in mind.

Yes, of course. We will work with you and discuss the best way forward, to ensure your property is looking it’s best for remarketing.

Yes, we also have an interior design department and we can turn an empty property into a fabulous fully furnished and accessorized holiday home. This could be an Airbnb or holiday let or even a show home, all three need to photograph really well to ensure maximum exposure on websites.

We are based in Teignmouth and generally work throughout Devon or within about an hours drive of the office. But when creating virtual staging, we work all around the UK and have had enquires from abroad.

Depending on the scope of the project, it can take from 4 hours to a couple of days.
