We begin with an informal phone call and a chat about your home: size, timeframe, occupied, etc. We will arrange a mutually suitable time to visit the property, preferably in daylight, then I will walk the entire property giving suggestions as to where you can make the most influential changes. This may include repurposing rooms, moving furniture around, putting items in storage and possibly even buying some new items, such as bedding and towels.
This is followed by a written report, giving room by room instructions for you to follow, along with a directory of trusted tradesmen and women and services you may need. You will also get a copy of our hints and tips for viewing and photography days. We put you directly in touch with the people you may need to use, ensuring that your costs are kept to a minimum.
